Hidden Valley Residential – Master Planned Community
Overview
In 2006 the Trust entered into a development lease with Ivory Southern ( a fully owned subsidiary of Ivory Homes) for the development of Hidden Valley. Hidden Valley is located on the south side of St. George and has been master planned to provide a variety of product ranging from affordable multi family housing to high end single family lots. The 450 acre project, located south of St. George has a projected build out in 2020.
