Hidden Valley Commercial – St. George
Overview
The Hidden Valley Commercial parcel is an 11 acre parcel, located on the south side of St. George, a little over a mile east of Exit 4 on I-15 along Brigham Road. The Trust Lands Administration partnered with Ivory to construct an office building on the northern 1.6 acres, currently in use as the sales office for the adjacent Hidden Valley master planned community. The balance of the property is available for other commercial uses.
